基本原則
当サイトの楽曲は、本契約の条件に従う限り、使用目的や営利・非営利の区別なく、無料で自由にお使いいただけます。
楽曲の編集や加工（カット、エフェクト追加、フェードイン・フェードアウトなど）も許可しております。
当サイトのBGMを用いたコンテンツは、収益化も可能です。
クレジット表記や著作権表示は不要ですが、楽曲の権利は当サイト運営者が保持しています。
本サイトはスポンサー広告の収益によって運営されており、楽曲の試聴やページ閲覧による広告収益はすべて制作者に還元されています。
Basic Principles
All music on this site may be freely used for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, as long as the terms of this agreement are followed.
Editing and modification of the tracks—including cutting, adding effects, and applying fade-ins or fade-outs—are permitted.
Content created using the BGM from this site may be monetized.
Credit or copyright notices are not required; however, the rights to the music remain with the site operator.
This site is funded by sponsorship advertising revenue, and all ad revenue generated from music listening and page views is fully returned to the creators.
禁止事項
以下の行為は固く禁止しております
- 楽曲のサンプリング、アレンジ、リマスタリング、リミックス、または歌入れなどを行い、音楽的な二次著作物を作成すること
- 作業用BGMなど、楽曲自体を主な内容とするコンテンツでの使用
- コンテンツID登録や著作権管理団体への楽曲登録
- 営利・非営利を問わず、楽曲の再配布や販売
- 制作者を偽る行為
Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Creating musical derivative works such as sampling, arranging, remastering, remixing, or adding vocals to the tracks
- Using the tracks as the main content in works such as background music for study or relaxation
- Registering the tracks with Content ID systems or copyright management organizations
- Misrepresenting the creator of the tracks
- Redistributing or selling the tracks, whether for profit or not
